These Terms of Service govern your use of zalumo.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Zalumo is operated by XP Onderneming, registered in the Netherlands (KvK 95426477), with its registered address at Ten Katestraat 35, 6531 EE Nijmegen, Netherlands. You can reach us at info@zalumo.com.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order on the Site.

Products and pricing

We try to display product images, descriptions, and prices as accurately as possible. Slight variations in colour or texture may appear due to your screen settings or photographic lighting. All prices are shown in EUR (€) for customers in Ireland and the EU, and in GBP (£) for customers in the United Kingdom. EU prices include VAT. UK prices for orders up to £135 include UK VAT.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an obvious error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment received.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract forms only when we send you a shipping confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline an order — for example, where stock is unavailable, the address is outside our service area, or we suspect fraud.

Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order via the providers offered at checkout (which may include card payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay). All payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and our other payment partners.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including product photography, copy, logos, and design — is owned by Zalumo or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, redistribute, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a purchase made through the Site is limited to the price you paid for the product(s) in question. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Consumers benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence (Ireland, UK, or another EU/EEA country) in addition to the protections under Dutch law. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts of your country of residence or, alternatively, the competent courts of the Netherlands.

Online dispute resolution

If you are an EU consumer and we cannot resolve a complaint to your satisfaction, you may submit it to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Site. The version posted at the time you place an order applies to that order.
