Can I return a product I bought?

Yes — we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Full conditions and instructions are on our refund policy page.

Do you charge for shipping?

No — free shipping is available on all orders within Ireland and the United Kingdom. Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners. We currently ship to Ireland and the United Kingdom only. Full terms on our shipping policy.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). After dispatch, shipping takes a further 4–6 business days (Monday–Friday), for a total delivery time of 5–8 business days. Order cut-off is 3:00 PM CET. Full breakdown on our shipping policy.

Where can I track my order?

Open our tracker any time and enter your order number plus the email you used at checkout. You'll also receive a shipping confirmation email with a direct tracking link.

What if my order is delayed?

While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control. If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 3 business days. If it still has not arrived after that, email info@zalumo.com so we can investigate.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email info@zalumo.com immediately and include clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your request and arrange a suitable resolution.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as the order has not been shipped yet. Email info@zalumo.com as soon as possible — cancellations cannot be processed once an order has been shipped.
