How to track your package
- Open the tracker above (or click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email).
- Enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout.
- You'll see live status updates from dispatch through to delivery.
Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days to both Ireland and the United Kingdom after dispatch.
Package hasn't arrived yet? If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 business days, contact us at info@zalumo.com with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
